Tariffs are fixed by the Royal Government of Bhutan.
Peak Season Rates: (March, April, May, September, October, and November)
- US$240 per day for an individual traveler (inclusive of government surcharge)
- US$230 per day per person for groups of two (inclusive of government surcharge)
- US$200 per day per person for groups of 3 or more (no government surcharge)
Off Season Rates: (January, February, June, July, August, and December)
- US$205 per day for an individual traveler (inclusive of surcharge)
- US$195 per day per person for groups of two (inclusive of surcharge)
- US$165 per day per person for groups of three or more (no surcharge applicable for group sizes of three and more)
Included in Price of Tours
- 35 % Royalty taxes to the Government

- Transportation

- Monument fees
On the above tariff 10% is commissionable to you which can be deducted at source, however it cannot be deducted from the surcharge for FITs mentioned above.
Excluded from Price of Tours
- Air fares
- Tourism Development Fund (US$ 10 per visit)
- Visa Fees (US$ 20 for two weeks)
Taxes generated from the tourism industry, is used by the Royal Government for:
- Environmental protection work
- Setting up foundations to ensure that the country's natural resources are being used efficiently
- Actively protect its rich culture and profound Buddhist traditions
- Contribution towards Education and Health
Discounts on Tourist Tariff
- Diplomats from foreign embassies/missions accredited to Bhutan shall be given a 25% discount on the daily rate
- There is no charge for children up to the age of 5 years. However, those between the age of 6 to 12 years accompanied by elders/guardians shall be given 50% discount on the daily rates.
- Full time students below the age of 25 years holding valid identity cards from their academic institutions shall also be given a 25% discount on daily rates.
- A discount of 50% on the daily rates shall be given to one person in a group of 11 to 15 persons.
- A 100% discount shall be given to one member in a group exceeding 16 persons.
- A discount of 10% on the daily rates shall be provided for halts between11 to 20 nights and 20% discount on halts beyond 21 nights.
